Interviews with patients are face to face and take place in a seperate room with the approval of the practice – this guarantees confidentiality and authenticity. We give patients the opportunity to participate in the survey completely anonymously (questionnaire). And if a patient wants, we will publish their personal comments with their name, which also ensures authenticity.
Another way to participate in thé evaluation is by sending us a completed questionnaire.
The Survey:
We have not been to Kichlinteln yet and therefore we can not present a first hand evaluation, but we have received several completed questionnaires. Whenever we receive a completed form we crosscheck the identity of the sender, before we publish it. Only then will they become part of our survey.
The Results:
When asked about their overall condition of health at the time before their first treatment and on the present day, all patients indicated a considerable improvement.
