Cafe of Life
Interviews with patients are face to face and take place in a seperate room with the approval of the practice – this guarantees confidentiality and authenticity. We give patients the opportunity to participate in the survey completely anonymously (questionnaire). And if a patient wants, we will publish their personal comments with their name, which also ensures authenticity.
The Survey:
On August 13, 2012 we questioned 47 patients of the Cafe of Life. Seventeen of them participated anonymously, and 26 patients wanted to have their comments posted with their names. Four patients did not want to participate or could not participate in the survey due to time constraints.
The Results:
When asked about their overall condition of health at the time before their first treatment and on the present day, almost all patients indicated a considerable improvement in at least two categories.
The two exceptions were patients who didn't come to the practice for acute discomfort, but came rather to maintain health, and they were already feeling fine when treatment began. The well-being of these patients remained unchanged.
From the average of all patients surveyed, the Cafe of Life was rated as follows:

The value for convenient location was not taken into account here since the practice has a lot of non-resident and foreign patients who travel quite far for treatment. Thus, this only received a rating of 65.1 %.
100 % of patients said they would visit the Cafe of Life again.
Quality of treatment received a 2.84 out of a possible 3 points.
Overall satisfaction was rated a 2.77 out of 3.
